Where We Ship
Dudes n Darlings GLAM currently ships within Germany only. We are working hard to expand to additional European countries soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays will begin processing the next working day. During high-demand periods such as festive seasons or major sales, processing may take slightly longer — we will always communicate this transparently.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking link sent to your registered email address. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at store@dudesndarlings.com.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery. Dudes n Darlings GLAM is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
