At Dudes n Darlings GLAM, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under German and EU consumer law (Widerrufsrecht). You do not need to give a reason.

Conditions for Return

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• In their original condition with all tags still attached.
• Returned in original or secure packaging

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Undergarments or intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
• Items that have been customised or personalised upon request

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at store@dudesndarlings.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we cover the return shipping cost fully.
• If you are returning due to change of mind or sizing — the return shipping cost is borne by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
